Who We Are

It all started when...

Stephen Kahn, the firm's founder, graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996 and was called to the bar in 1998. Stephen co-founded several companies, including an eHealth solution aimed at reducing medication errors through mobile prescribing and was primarily responsible for the corporate organization, business plan development, employee and partner recruitment and the eventual securing of private funding. 

Stephen renders legal services providing advice and guidance to both early-stage and small-cap companies in the areas of corporate organization, planning and development. Stephen will often share his experiences and "lessons learned" from his own entrepreneurial endeavors and will offer thoughts and practical advice on business development, corporate focus and strategy, bench-marking and employee retention.

We are a small firm offering what we we refer to as a holistic approach to professional services. We want our clients to succeed. Our client's success is what drives our firm. We want clients to refer us to other clients and attest to the value we provide.
