Dispute Adjudication Process

Please complete the form (found below) to the best of your ability as it is required to properly initiate the dispute adjudication process. Once the form is completed, we will send you an email confirming the information submitted together with any questions we may have about the identification of the participants.

In the confirmation email we will also request your permission to contact each of the participants which you identified to advise them of the opportunity to participate in a more efficient dispute adjudication process and accept the decision rendered as final and binding. The invitation is valid for seven days. We will update you with the responses as we receive them.

Once an invitation to participate is accepted we will issue a unique adjudication number. The adjudication number is the access key which each participant is required to gain access to the confidential adjudication file.

The date the adjudication number is issued is of upmost importance as it is the starting point of the 30 day dispute adjudication process; 10 days to submit initial information; 5 days to respond to the information submitted by the other participants and to answer any questions the adjudicators may have; 3 days to submit an offer of settlement; 5 days to respond and negotiate to the offer of settlement and 7 days for the adjudicators to provide a final and binding written decision.
